Sorry if this have been asked and answered before, but I didnt find it.

I get this error when making a new backup:
Warning: opendir(/mounted-storage/home36c/sub005/sc28800-TIUJ/www) [function.opendir]: failed to open dir: Permission denied in /mounted-storage/home36c/sub005/sc28800-TIUJ/www/administrator/components/com_cloner/cloner.functions.php(1) : eval()'d code on line 1585

I did try to change permissions on the file, but no luck.

Hi there! This seems to be a permissions problem, you need to adjust the permissions upon this directory /mounted-storage/home36c/sub005/sc28800-TIUJ/www to 750 at least!

If you still have problems, please open a ticket and send me your site ftp and Joomla admin details to have a look!
