HI, we have a client website, I am new to joomla, we have 4 websites in all. for 2 of websites, i was never able to install joomlacloner component, for the other, when i generate backup and download the backup and try to extract the zip file, it gives me error and can never allow me to extract it, if i clone it to other server, it shows lot of errors, please help!! i need the websites cloned over to new server urgently.

Hi there!

Please open up a ticket with us and send me your Joomla admin details to one of the sites on the server!

The zip error you get might be generated from incomplete backups, did you try to upgrade to our latest JoomlaCloner version?
