This product has great potential, but it is saddled with a restrictive (and confusing) licensing policy and simply does not work as advertised.
I spent a good portion of today trying to get this working and at the end of the day, the only thing it was good for was packaging and unpacking the site files onto the remote server. The Mysql backup and restore functionality was a complete failure, and I had to kill the few tables which actually did restore properly and perform a std MySqlAdmin backup and restore to fix the database, which I eventually did.
I would say it's a complete waste of money, except for the site files packaging. Can you disable the db backup so I can get a clean site clone without db?

Hi there! What problems did you get exactly when importing the mysql database? Did you use an empty database when importing?
And yes, you can get a files only backup if you uncheck the mysql option from the 'Database options' tab!
What problems did you have with the license? As per our license agreement, you can use it on all your sites, you just need to register them in your Profile area backend, save the form and get the updated license code!
Further more, I am really sorry for your spent time, but you could simply open a support ticket and send us your problem so we can assist you faster!
