[b]hi, i am using vista pro - wamp - joomla 1.012 - joomlacloner retore 1.9
restoring a backup with manual config on localhost. everything goes right until i click on :

i get this message : [/b]

[b]How to do : there is no .htaccess and i just don't know how to manage permission on vista if it is the problem.[/b]
