I love JoomlaCloner and have found a small issue that I cznnot see having been mentioned in the forum yet.
When I try to clone to two different Joomla instances on the same server, the second configuration.php gets it's directory info updated correctly but the db info stays pointing to the first Joomla instance.
I first assumed this was finger problems during the clone process so I tried a couple of times and the problem is reproducable.
Example:
Create 2 MySQL databases.
Restore a backup to myhost.com/abc - all is well.
Now restore same backup to myhost.com/xyz and the new
configuration.php will show /xyz as the directory but will point to the db used by /abc.
Not a big deal unless you don't know it has happend since everything looks normal until you start making changes to either instance.

Hi there! This can only happens if before restoring on the second site you didn't updated the mysql configuration details, I would suggest you try and make a new restore if you like on the second site and make sure you are using the proper mysql details for it!
