I am moving a Joomla site to a new server. I have created a backup that is 12MB. When I run the Joomla.Cloner.php I get this message and I get no response from the server:

Connected to localhost, for user *******, starting transfer...

Please let me know how to get this backu to install on the server. Thank you.

Hi there! Have you tried checking this options on the JoomlaClone screen:

1. "Restore by using the server utilities zip/tar"
2. "Install files directly" option instead of ftp

If you still have problems, please open a support ticket and send me your ftp+mysql details to your restore location to check the issue!
