Has anyone had any success with a site that uses docman?

It seems to be loosing my files or not adjusting the configuration properly.

Hi there! After restore you will need to update the Docman paths manually! About the files, if you included them in the backup then they should be present on the restore host, have you checked with a ftp client if the docman files are there on the new host?
