I just downloaded com_cloner1.6.zip but am unable to install it on my Joomla 1.0.10 site. I tried in both FireFox and IE through the component installer. When I select the ZIP file and hit "Upload File & Install" my browser acts like it is doing something but then kicks back a "The page cannot be displayed" error. My permissions are set correctly and I've been able to install other components without problems. Any ideas what is going on with this?

It might be from the max_execution_time limit you have set in php.ini! Try to increase it!
Else i would suggest you try and install the component manually(upload the component files on the server and point the installer to that location from the manual path), but you might have problems when cloning if max_execution_time is not increased, depends on the site size!
