Hello

When I attempt to generate a backup, all I get (despite my best efforts) is apparently the mysql database, and not the actual website files.

What setting controls this?, and what should I be on the lookout for? Of course I want the entire site to post elsewhere as a sandbox.

Hi there! Have you checked if you have enough disk space to store a full backup? Second, have you also tried setting "Manual Backup" option to Yes in your JoomlaCloner Configuration?

If you still have problems, i suggest you open a support ticket and send us your Joomla admin details and url to check the issue! Regards, Ovidiu
