Hello all. A very new user here...

I have Joomla 1.5 hosted on Godaddy with Linux. When I try to make a complete backup using JoomlaCloner v.1.9.2 it make a backup file and then gives me this error:

There was a problem in generating the database backup, please check your mysqldump server path!

I am at a loss as to what this means (like it didn't backup some part of the database or something) and how to go about fixing it.

Does anyone have an idea where I should start?

Thanks!
Mark

Hi there! You need to uncheck the second "Active" checkbox from your JoomlaCloner Configuration, the one near mysqldump utility then try again!
