I get a

Error 500 - Internal server error

An internal server error has occured!
Please try again later.

When i try to back up.

My provider is 1and1 and i don't think I have an error log.

Any suggestions here?

Hi there! Have you tried using these settings in JoomlaCloner Configuration:

1. 'Backup type' set to TAR
2. 'Manual Backup' set to Yes
3. both 'Active' checkboxes unchecked
