I am trying to make a clone/backup of a site. When going through the process, after hitting the continue button, it waits for a while, then comes back with the following error message. Can you look at this message and give me an idea where the problem is located.

Hi there! You need to go in JoomlaCloner Configuration and set "Manual Backup" option to Yes then try again!
