So this component looks amazing! I just installed the trial and I am ready to clone my joomla! Once I enter in all of my FTP data and click continue, it does "something" for a while, then a dialog pops up and it says you have chose to open "index2.php" and then it gives me options of opening it or saving to disk. What is this? I thought I was going to be given a link or something. I see 3 files have been send to the remote server, but I am unsure what to do next. The files on the remote server are the backup file, Joomla.Cloner.php, pcltar.lib.php and pclzip.lib.php.
Also, if I select the "incremental transfer" box and click continue, I get this error:

Warning: ftp_nb_put() [function.ftp-nb-put]: /httpdocs//Joomla.Cloner.php: Append/Restart not permitted, try again in /home2/landlord/public_html/neu/administrator/components/com_cloner/cloner.functions.php on line 473
FTP upload has failed for file /httpdocs//Joomla.Cloner.php ! Stopping ....

What's up?
Thanks for your help.

Hi there! The script is trying to transfer the backup and restore script(those 3 files you already have copied) to the remote host to continue the restoring process! However this process might fail on some hosts, so you would need to move the backup manually along with the restore script!
Have you tried to transfer the files using the "incremental transfer" box as checked on the ftp transfer details page?

When done, it should show you a continue link that will point to http://your_restore_.....Cloner.php which is the restore script that will continue the restore process!

Let me know if you have more questions! Ovidiu
