I tried to install my backup and I get these errors and a blank page when I go to my site now.

Hi there! It seems that your backup file doesn't has the permissions and database files?
When did you generate it?
I would suggest you re-generate your backup from the original site if it's possible!
And if you still have problems, please open up a ticket and send your joomla admin details and restore location ftp details!
