Error returning to site after generating backup|Old Forum|Forum Archive|XCloner

Hi. When I generate a backup everything is done but when the component returns to the site admin there is an error:

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://marioliveira......index2.php

The following error was encountered:

Zero Sized Reply
Squid did not receive any data for this request.

and that is due to the fact that the url given back to index2 is incomplete: somewhere the inicitla 'www' is "eaten" so it reads 'marioliveira.org/index2.php instead of reading 'www.marioliveira.org/index2.php, and it does not find the url. If enter enter the 'www' manually everything comes back to normam. How can I avoid this?
