Hello;
I just installed JoomlaClone and cloned a web site (was wobbling back and forth about which domain to use) and it went almost flawlessly - amazing!
Thanks for a beautiful tool.
The issue I'm having is that the site is not resolving to the www and redirects me to http://sitename.com
I poked around to see if there was a setting to adjust that - couldn't find one.
I ftp'd to public_html and verified that the files are also in wwww.....
So - hmm.....
Also - totally on a btw - tagbot did die on the move over and I uninstalled and now can't reinstall it and Joomlaexplorer can't delete or chmod the files/folders; so if you happen to have a hint, tip or trick handy for that one too I'd appreciate it.
Thanks for the great work!

Hi there! About the www/ problem, you need to edit the configuration.php file and replace the mosConfig_live_site value with the correct url http://www.domain.com! On the next restore, you need to verify the "Install url:" field on the Joomla.Cloner.php screen
About the other problem you have, have you tried deleting the files through a ftp client and then reinstall that plugin?
