Hello, this must seem like a really stupid question, but I haven't had time to learn this as well yet.. the only thing I would like to know is:
What settings should it bee in Joomla Cloner to only backup the database (and not all the other files...)

Hi there! If you are refering to the cron backup, there is a setting in the JoomlaCloner Configuration->Cron tab named " Backup type:" from where you can select the database only thing!
If you are refering to the Gnerate Backup screen, then you could need to go in the 'Files Options' tab and click on "check all" link, or just exclude all items from the Joomla root folder, that will generate a backup will only the database in it!
