I have just installed the trial verson and gets this message:

The encoded file /mounted-storage/home36c/sub005/sc28800-TIUJ/www/administrator/components/com_cloner/admin.cloner.php is not permissioned for 10.1.21.1

What to do?

Hi there! For what domain have you registered the trial? If you registered it for http://www.domain.com, you need to access the Joomla site from http://www.domain.com, else if you used domain.com access it from domain.com address without www.!

In any case, if you still have problems, try generating a new trial for the ip 10.1.21.1
