Please help, someone!
My webhoster is only giving me 24 hours to backup my sites before they shut me down completely.
I got to the point where you run the script to restore your backup...and no matter what database information I enter in.... I keep seeing: "The database details provided are incorrect and/or empty. Unable to connect to mysql server."
Am I supposed to be entering in the old information? New information? What? Please I am lost, somebody help me!

Hi there! The mysql details need to be created on the new host before restoring, and they are usually different from the original ones!
I presume your new site has a control panel from where you can manage the mysql details, you need to create there a user and pass, and then assign that user to a database that you create!
The problem you are having is this error "Unable to connect to mysql server", the mysql server address might not be localhost as default, you need to check that out from your site backend!
Anyway, if you still have problems, please open a ticket and send me your site ftp+mysql details you are trying and also the access to the mysql management area to verify the mysql details!
