Total newbie- but very impressed with the product thus far. I looked inside my downloaded zip version of my backup, and don't see anything pertaining to my sql db and tables. If I want to do a clone or restore- how do the tables and the data get rebuilt? Is there an xml file somewhere in the zip file that builds an sql database?

The database is in administrator/backups/database-sql.sql! The you will find also the permissions for each file perm.txt!
