hey i have this s tranche problem on one of my sites
wen i backup i get really small folders with almost no files in side.

placed a ticket and the support guy made a backup, but wen i do this my self i get the same result.

i have about 2 gb of web space en my backup should be about 50 mb

i rely need to backup and move this site fast.
on my other sites i don't have this problem.

please help
