Backups failing | Old Forum | Forum Archive

I've tried several times but the zip file does not contain all the the directories that it should. I get the error message below, the browser will show refreshes for a while then go white all together. I'd need to click to my admin page again and access the cloner componenent to see the zip file. Again, the file is clearly incomplete. I used the DB optimize tool referenced in the forum and I also set my manual backup to yes as recommended in the forum. The error message and incomplete backup persist. thanks
