I've seen the videos on how to clone a distant server using backups, however when I follow the steps and input URL and FTP info and then click Continue, I'm taken to a page that says 'Cloner Manager - http://www.redglue2.com' and nothing else. In the video, I saw it displayed uploading status information, but I don't get this. I only get 'Cloner Manager - http://www.redglue2.com.
I thought the problem might have been browser related, so I tried it across three browsers (ie, firefox: latest, safari) but it did the same across all three. I went ahead and un-installed the cloner and re-installed to see if a fresh install would help, but it made no difference.
My FTP information/cloner information I know is correct, as I used it to install Joomla using the Joomla Desktop installer.
I need this up and running asap.

Hi there! This might be a timeout problem from the server, have you checked with a ftp client if the files were transfered to the other host(clone and restore script)? In any way, i would suggest you move the clone and the restore script manually to the other host as specified in our FAQ http://www.joomlaplu.....Itemid,56/ and then launch Joomla.Cloner.php in your browser to continue the rest of the restore process!
