Tried to ftp/clone a backup to another site and after providing the ftp details, I got this message

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /administrator/components/com_xcloner/index2.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

What does this mean and is there a fix for it?

I would advise on following our Restore FAQ http://www.joomlaplu...../catid,26/ here and move the backup archive and restore script manually to the new location to continue the restore process!

The error you have there is related to your hosting server, you should contact your hosting support for further details
