Hi,
I have a problem when the component is making the backup temporary file.
error looks like:

Unable to open temporary file 'MY-PATH/administrator/backupspclzip-454cec9706a38.tmp' in binary write mode [code -2]
[/i]
is any way to change the place where the temporary file is created?
I think that if I give full write permission to "administrator" directory it will work, aren't it?

Hi there!
The temporary directory should be located in administrator/backups/ folder, does it have the correct writing permissions? I would suggest maybe switch to tar archive type instead of zip, it should work around this problem, and as usual before all this upgrade to our latest version of the component!

I should give more information about the problems that I had, may be it helps to anyone:
at my hosting they have disabled mysqldump due security reasons, so at "Server Use Options" both "Backup using Server Functions" are uncheked.
I'll ask for correct path for tar utility because with the tar checked as " Active" it doesen't work
