Hi, if I'm going to start a backup, there is no database listed under 'Include Extra Databases'. Beside of my Joomla! db I have another two, but I cant see them, why?

Hi there! To see the other 2 databases, you will need to assign your Joomla mysql user to them so it has at least reading permissions!

If you can't do that, you will need to ask your hosting provider to help you with that!
