mySQL Error: exceeded the 'max_updates' resource

Using shared hosting.
Hosting support says MySQL database has standard limits on queries and updates.
When I restore with JoomlaCloner, I get:
###MYSQL error
User 'UserName' has exceeded the 'max_updates' resource (current value: 20000)
How can we make JoomlaCloner recreate the database on shared hosting?

Hi there! On the Joomla.Cloner.php screen there is a checkbox called "incremental sql import", try to check that before starting to restore, it will help you restore the sql backup by doing an incremental import process!
