Hi,

I have a question. I just made my first backup, which went fine. I donloaded the .tgz(Tar?) file with ftp to my harddisk. When I open the file in winrar the directory names display as follows. .\administrator
Is this a wirar/tar thing ? Is the backup still ok or should I use the zip option ?

Hi there! Try to go in JoomlaCloner Configuration -> System tab and set "Enable Direct Download link" to Yes, then try again!

If you still have problems, try and download the backup through a ftp client!
