I tried to backup my joomla site to my localhost and followed the FAQ to do it manually.
I copied the backup to my localhost/www/ directory and the Joomla.Clone.php file. When I ran the Joomla.Cloner.php, i got an error that pcltar.lib was not found, so i copied it to the localhost/www/ directory, then as expected, i got an error saying pclzip.lib was not found so i did the same. and then when i ran Joomla.Cloner.php again, i got "Restricted access". but i am on my local machine with full access. please help.

thought it was to do with my apache environment so installed xampp instead of EasyPHP. but still getting the following error messages when trying to run Joomla.Cloner.php
