Cloned Site - Home Page Fine, Inside Pages = 404 ?

First attempt at site cloning, sites running lots of components but the cloning appeared to have run smoothly.

Home page (link below) comes up fine but every page under that I get a 404.

I'm running Rocketthem templated inside pages and a different template for home page. This is were I think the issue may lie, but I'm stumped at how to fix it. :huh:

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Just to add more information, I have checked and corrected as required, the .htaccess file as well as the configuration.php and adjusted all urls in site thouse files.
