Problem on restoring long path & filenames

Hi folks,

i installed the cloner and running it since a while without any problems - it's a perfect tool, I have to state clearly.

However I think I discovered a minor problem restoring problem. When restoring on a local XJ installation, I experienced that some of the image files are loosing there extension in the restoring process, or in some cases even the last character of the file name. This happens when the storing path plus filename becomes something over 120 characters.

Anyway the files are stored properly, just their extension gets lost. When correcting the extension manually, everything works fine again. Is there any help in sight?

I hope I could express myself clear enough and you could understand the problem!

Hi there! Have you tried switching the archive type to ZIP, recreate the backup and then try to restore again?

Let me know if you have anymore issues after! Ovidiu
