Hi,
I bought Cloner....and It's very useful to me!!
But I found out the FTP server will effect two situations.
If I use vsftp, cloner won't be work!!but proftpd will!

Unfortunately, when I use proftpd, all the ftp services will be slow.
please tell me "IF I USE VSFTP, How do I resolve the problem?".
Thank you a lot!!!!

Hi there! JoomlaCloner can't in any way help you get through this problem, it all depend on the ftp_connect function from php!

In the case when you can't transfer the files automatically the other restore host, i would suggest you move them manually as specified in our FAQ http://www.joomlaplu.....Itemid,56/
So move the clone and restore script to the new location and follow the rest of the process there!

If you are talking about the ftp server connection for the restore host, i would suggest you use the Direct Mode option for restoring in case the ftp mode doesn't work!

Let me know if you still have problems! Ovidiu
