I want to make business website. I want to make separate website for different city. This city going to be subdomain of the main website for example tokyo.trading.com. The question that I want to ask is it possible to backup main website with sub domain in just one go ? or I have to do it separately ?

Hi there! If the subdomain files are included in your main site Joomla path then Yes, you can have them includes also in the backup! You can also backup each subdomain database and include it in the main backup, however for this you will need to assign the main site mysql user to all the other subdomain databases so it has at least reading permissions!
