This component has only worked once for me in the 3 months since I have purchased it!

Settings:
Manual backup = yes
Archive type = TAR
Backup server function boxes: both unclicked

Basically, the cloning will function, but at some point, I ended up with a blank screen. When I paste in the cloning link (or hit refresh), it takes me to my login page.

After logging in, if I paste in the cloning link again, it starts FROM THE BEGINNING.

I am using a Siteground server.

Please help!

Hi there! Please open a support ticket and send us your Joomla admin details and url to check the issue! I am presuming the issue you are having is when you are trying to create a full backup?
