ive tried lookin for this error thru search here and also on google before asking, but i cant find any clues.
Im trying to clone (duplicate) my site and put it on a different server. Ive made a backup of all files and everything.. then when i tell it to MOVE backup, (and put all the ftp details of new server etc) i get this error

Hi there! You need to check if the ftp path where you are transfering the backup is correct, what did you used for that?

im putting this for ftp directory :
/public_html/psydjs
ive have now also updated cloner to the latest.
and just tried again (incase it was to do with old version etc) now i get this error :
