Can't exclude files and folders | Old Forum | Forum Archive

Hi there

I'm just trying to create a backup. I've got to the option to exclude files and folders. The folder structure is showing correctly, but when I click an item, the tick appears momentarily and then disappears and the item is not added to the list. This feels like a permissions problem but the backup directory is present and 777. Is there another file I need to be looking for? I also have another site on the same server which isn't giving this problem.

Okay - been trying to sort this for hours, now having put up this thread, it's suddenly burst into life. I have no idea why but happy nonetheless.
