I have purchased the full version and I am really liking this component but I have been getting a weird result.

I notice that in between "/httpdocs//administrator/" are two // is this suppose to be this way and can this be the cause for this error? Earlier running tests it informed me everything went fine, but in testing by making some changes and then a restore of a previous backup it gives me this:

[b]Unable to read the database backup file /home/httpd/vhosts/domain.com/subdomains/demo5/httpdocs//administrator/backups/database-sql.sql , database was not imported![/b]

Any help is greatly appreciated.

This problem is usually caused of the entered ftp path was incorrect, you need to check if any files were restored on the new location?

Recheck that, or simply use the "Install files directly" option instead of ftp!
