Hi there! What errors are you getting specifically? have you checked if you install directories have the proper install permissions and if the Safe_Mode is turned Off?

Also, please check our Install Documentation here http://www.joomlaplu.....ation.html , have you also tried to install it manually?

If you still can't figure it out, open a support ticket, and send me your Joomla admin details to check the issue!
