Hi there,
I've had lots of help from my webhost today and this week trying to use joomlacloner.
I can finally do a back up now - though I have to exclude a few things it seems or it times out at around 7000 files as it backs up.
Anyway,
I'm only trying to make a clone and move to a different directory on my server - from a main url to a subdomain.
I did the automatic restore and I thought it worked.
I got the messages "all should be done".
But when I go to my url, it requests the installation/index.php.
So something is wrong.
Any help would be great.
Sorry - I just found the ticketing system so I've requested support there.
Is urgent in my work to get this sorted if possible.

Hi there! You need to look if your configuration.php file is 0Kb in size, if so, you need to delete it and retry the restore one more time!
If you still have problems, please send me your ftp+mysql details in the ticket you opened and i will help you!
