How do I get the database backup working

I am on Windows local using JSAS.

On genrating a backup, I got this error message:

"There was a problem in generating database backup, please check your mysqldump server path!"

I tried putting in E:\JSAS\http_root\www\holidays\administrator\backups
to the Configuration path, but it didn't work.

What do I have to do to get this working?

OK, it means that it can't find the mysqldup utility, you need to look into your JSAS server and look for mysqldump.exe utility, then go in JoomlaCloner Configuration and update the mysqldump line with the full path to it!
