Hello,

My first download of a manual backup went fine last week. I named the backup "initial-backup-01-dec-2006.tgz"

Now when I attempt to download a manual backup I get handed an index2.php file, not my tgz backup file. The file is really there (the tgz), I can ftp it down, just not from the Joomla administrator backend.

Any ideas?

Hi there! This might be a problem from the php memory_limit setting, try to go in JoomlaCloner Configuration -> System tab and set "Enable direct download link" to Yes!
