I want to backup the whole Joomlasite and send per E-Mail.
Databasebackup works, but no other files were send.

In configuration-Tab i have set:

Full(files + database)

Hi there! Do you mean when generating a full backup the files are not included in it? If so, make sure your Joomla root directory is readable!

As for the backup send email part, make sure the backup size is within the allowed attachment size of your mail hosting service and that you have enough php.ini memory_limit to cover that backup size, as the sendmail process will require it
