Hi:
I installed the component, did not have problems, but to generated the backup, this is empty. I did several attempts, none work out.
Any idea?

Hi there! Have you tried these settings:

1. "Manual backup" set to Yes
2. "Backup type" set to TAR
3. both "Active" checkboxes unchecked

Let me know if you have anymore issues, and if so, please open a support ticket and send us your Joomla admin details and url to check the problem! Regards, Ovidiu
