Running Cron only backups Database|Old Forum|Forum Archive|XCloner

Hey!

Sorry to post here again but now I have another problem.
I made a crontab which runs the cloner.cron.php

For testing purposes I just activate the link to cloner.cron.php in my browser and it indeed start to make a backup. However my problem is that it only makes a SQL-backup for the database. It doesn't backup all my Joomla files.

And I set my settings to backup Full(Files + database) under the cron tab in the Joomla Administrator.

Any ideas?
