Hi,

I have used this plugin numerous times and can't tell you how useful it's been. Well worth double the price for anyone who uses staging servers to build their sites. Anyway, i am having some issues trying to move a site from a hostgator account to a godaddy account.

I get this:
Directory /var/www/vhosts/HOST/httpdocs/ is not writeable or does not exists! Could not continue...
XCloner Restore Version 1.9.0

Obviously where it says HOST it is the actual host name. Now I know the directory is there and technically writeable because I can use the plugin to have it move everything over with a touch of button as always. However, getting it to install is a whole new problem. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Have you checked if that directory has 777 permissions? Try rechecking that and see if you have anymore issues
