I list the steps I took to reach this problem:
1. Installed JoomlaCloner in the Development server
2. Made backup with default configuration
3. Moved the backup to the new server (bluehost.com)
4. Copied the restore scripts (3 files) to the public_html directory where the backup file was also located.
5. Ran the script - with default values - did not work.
6. Created the database and a user with all privileges for the database.
7. Ran the script Joomla.Cloner.php again.
8. It ran well with no errors.
9. Deleted the three scripts from the public_html
10. Went to site and got the following error:
Warning: main(includes/joomla.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/johnscre/public_html/index.php on line 33
Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'includes/joomla.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/johnscre/public_html/index.php on line 33
How do I proceed from here?
The website name is http://www.johnscreekchamberofcommerce.com
Appreciate your help.
Thanks and Best Regards
Bhupinder Chawla.

Hi there! From the error you have there you seem to be missing this file includes/compat.php50x.php !
Try and open the backup on your local computer if possible and see if that file is present in it!
As a note, before restoring, did you used an empty location or you had some previous files there? If so, i would advise to first clean that location then run the restore process again!
Let me know if you have anymore problems! Ovidiu
