Hi,

First of all, thanks for a great component, it gives me peace of mind for quite a while.

I was using cloner for a while, but had to change hosting service. since then, for some reason, after i backup the site and download the backup file - I cannot open it no matter if it's zip or tgz.
if it's zip i receive "cannot open file" error, and if it's tgz (which i also open with winzip usually) i get an error in the middle.

The backup process itself goes smoothly with no errors, and gives a good and reasonable file size.

Any ideas?

Hi there! Have you tried downloading the backup through a simple ftp client? You might get an incomplete backup if you try to download it through the web interface!
