Hello,

I am new hear. Just bought joomlacloner a few hours ago.
Here is the problem. I can't install it.
There is always this error: ERROR: Could not find an XML setup file.
But I can install other components.
Safe mode= off
What is wrong?

Hi there! Try and redownload the JoomlaCloner package from our site and make sure it's a valid archive, if you still have issues however open a support ticket to help you

I would also advise to try and use firefox or a different browser to download the package and see if the problem persists!

Hi,

I tried it with iE and firefox, but it did not work.
So i tried it with a manual installation.
But now i have an 550 Error.
:S
What info do you need from me, i took the ticket and left my website.
