Hey guys!

When I generate a new backup, the excluded file list doesn't show, it just hangs at the text "Please wait... we are loading the folder structure". When I try to backup anyway, the file created is way too small to actually be a normal backup file.

I tried deleting all files in administrator/backups/ except index. I'm stumped.

Any thoughts? This domain (http://www.olgaandrandy.com).

This issue is usually caused by a permissions isssue, to fix it you need to apply 755 permissions upon this directory and all the files inside it:

administrator/components/com_cloner/browser
