Hi, when i do the restore in the other machine i have this message Error : PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature someone can say me what´s the problem.

Hi there! Usually this means that the backup you have there is incomplete! Have you checked is the uploaded size on the new site is the same as the one from the original site? did you copied the entire archive?

If they are the same, then you will need to recreate the backup on the original host, but first check the "Manual Backup" option to Yes in JoomlaCloner Configuration!
